HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, launched the "be up to the challenge" campaign on the occasion of World Cancer Day on Feb. 4.
The Princess launched the campaign last year under the motto "up to the challenge."
In a message on her social media accounts, Princess Ghida said: "I call on everyone, cancer patients and survivors, doctors and researchers, and communities around the world to fight side by side to create a future without cancer."
The campaign aims to stand by cancer patients and raise awareness in the community on the causes of the disease and means of prevention, as it plays an important role in defeating cancer.
